I started The Female Formula because I kept seeing the same thing — brilliant women, incredible businesses, and absolutely no confidence when it came to selling.
Women who were undercharging, undervaluing themselves, and leaving money on the table simply because no one had ever taught them how to sell. That had to change.
With over 25 years in sales, I've sat across the table from some of the toughest negotiators in business, secured multi-million pound contracts, and built my own luxury business from scratch. I know what it takes to sell — and I know it can be taught. What I couldn't understand was why so many business owners had never received a single day of sales training.
The Female Formula is my answer to that.
Outside of the business, I'm a proud mother of two boys, a personal development obsessive, and — yes — someone who once decided swimming the English Channel sounded like a good idea.
Spoiler: it was one of the hardest and most defining things I've ever done. It taught me that the only thing standing between you and your goal is the decision to keep going.
